Weiss has been a French chocolate maker since 1882.
Founded by Eugène Weiss in Saint-Etienne, Maison Weiss has been making its chocolates, pralines and confectionery from scratch for 137 years, for chocolate lovers and gastronomy professionals around the world.
In 2014, its artisanal know-how was awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV, or Living Heritage Company) label, a mark of recognition of the French State.
