We welcome you to the tourist office, which is open 7 days a week, and offer the following services:
- a hearing loop,
- a wheelchair lift,
- the provision of a Strasbourg presentation guide as an Easy Read document,
- the option of consulting (on the premises) three Braille leaflets (Strasbourg presentation guide, 5 curious spots to see around the cathedral and dining in a winstub),
- the provision of a Strasbourg presentation guide printed in large letters,
- lowered counters on the information and shop side,
- tourist office advisors at the reception desk sensitive to the needs of visitors with disabilities.
