An original way to discover Alsace!
In my workshops, I host food lovers who want to create Alsatian specialities.
The Alsace has a very strong identity for its flavours and aromas that can be recognised anywhere. From a very young age, I learned the secrets of making our region's pastries from my Alsatian grandparents.
It's now my turn to convey my know-how and share with you some of the Alsace I know and love as well as its traditions!
After being a teacher for twenty years, I became a professional pastry chef. I will teach you all the tiny tricks and ins and outs to successfully create your pastries and reproduce them at home.
My Alsatian speciality workshops are adapted to the seasons and different important periods of the year.
Specialities for the different holidays: Saint Nicholas Manale biscuits, Christmas Bredele biscuits, Easter lamb cakes and more.
Specialities connected to the Alsatian region: Linzer torte, tarts made with seasonal fruit, streussel...
I welcome you into my professionally equipped kitchen for a warm and friendly moment spent baking and sharing. You will do the baking and I will be there to guide you at each step. And, of course, you get to leave with the pastries you made and the recipes.
