Etoiles d'Alsace: the pride of Alsatian gastronomy

Etoiles d'Alsace is an association governed by local law, created in 1992, and a unique entity in French gastronomy.

Presided over by Edouard BAUMANN, from the Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern, the association boasts chefs, master craft bakers, pastry chefs, cheesemakers, butchers, delicatessen owners and caterers who have decided to bring their skills together with a determined focus on promoting their companies and their region.
